AI Specialist

We are looking for a skilled AI Specialist with a minimum of four years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, AI automation, and data-driven AI solutions. This role requires researching, developing, implementing, testing, and refining AI applications for practical use. The successful applicant must be able to work independently, understand complex AI requirements, evaluate AI systems, and translate business needs into effective AI solutions. A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating previous AI projects is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI and Generative AI solutions.
- Research and assess emerging AI tools, models, platforms, and technologies.
- Develop and optimize AI workflows for data collection, annotation, training, evaluation, and quality assurance.
- Work extensively with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, AI agents, chatbots, and AI automation solutions.
- Create and refine prompts, workflows, evaluation methods, and AI-assisted processes.
- Analyze AI-generated outputs to detect issues related to accuracy, quality, consistency, and performance.
- Support AI model testing, evaluation, benchmarking, and quality assurance activities.
- Manage both structured and unstructured datasets for AI projects.
- Collaborate closely with developers, data specialists, reviewers, linguists, and project managers.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive business and operational processes using AI.
- Integrate AI APIs and third-party AI platforms into applications and workflows.
- Continuously monitor AI solutions to improve their performance and reliability.
- Document AI processes, workflows, technical requirements, testing results, and recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, Generative AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, and AI automation.
- Ensure AI solutions meet project requirements, quality standards, and client expectations.

Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, AI Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
- Experience working with AI APIs such as OpenAI or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI automation, chatbots, AI agents, or intelligent workflow solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience in AI data handling, model evaluation, annotation, or quality assurance.
- Programming skills in Python and/or other relevant languages.
- Experience with APIs, JSON, databases, and third-party integrations.
- Ability to research and apply new AI technologies effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant AI projects is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with SQL and data processing.
