Texinity Technologies is looking for a meticulous AI Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join their growing technology team in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. This full-time, onsite role involves ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of AI-driven applications. The successful candidate will work closely with developers, data scientists, and product teams to test AI models, validate their outputs, and help improve the overall accuracy and robustness of AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
Perform both manual and automated testing of AI and machine learning-based applications. Validate AI model outputs by assessing accuracy, bias, and performance metrics. Design and execute detailed test cases, plans, and scenarios specifically tailored for AI systems. Identify, document, and track bugs, inconsistencies, and defects throughout the software development lifecycle. Collaborate effectively with development and product teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly. Ensure all quality standards are met before software deployment. Conduct regression testing and performance evaluations to maintain the robustness of AI applications.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required. Candidates should have between 1 to 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with experience in AI or machine learning considered a strong advantage. A solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and best practices is essential. Proficiency in both manual and automated testing tools and techniques is expected. Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, including model behavior, data validation, and accuracy verification, is important. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to identify and address complex issues. Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly document findings are also required.
