AI Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a seasoned AI Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide deep expertise in artificial intelligence across multiple segments. The ideal candidate will ensure that all communication content related to AI, Generative AI (GenAI), and agentic AI is technically accurate, responsible, and credible. This role will also support AI product launches and contribute to AI literacy initiatives, helping to elevate understanding and adoption within the organization and its stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary authority on AI, GenAI, agentic AI, and machine learning concepts for all program-related content.
- Review and validate the technical accuracy of AI-related materials, including product launches, responsible and ethical AI messaging, and safe-use guidelines.
- Provide expert advice on AI literacy modules and awareness campaigns, collaborating on the design of surveys and assessments to measure impact.
- Support executive briefings and communications around AI product launches, ensuring subject-matter credibility and clarity.
- Guide the Communications team on responsible AI messaging, addressing issues such as bias, hallucination, and privacy-conscious use of AI technologies.
- Collaborate with the Adoption Analyst to interpret AI adoption signals and recommend adjustments to content or interventions as needed.

Required Qualifications

- 7 to 11 years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or applied AI, with recent exposure to GenAI and agentic AI technologies.
- Proven experience advising or enabling AI adoption within enterprise environments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of responsible AI principles and AI governance frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of AI, GenAI, agentic AI concepts, and machine learning fundamentals.
- Expertise in responsible and ethical AI practices, including AI product adoption and safe-use protocols.
- Experience designing AI literacy content and awareness measures.
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, business-friendly language for diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Possession of relevant AI or machine learning certifications, such as Azure AI, Google Professional GenAI/ML, or NVIDIA AI certifications, is highly desirable.
