AI Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking an experienced AI Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide specialized knowledge across AI domains, including Generative AI (GenAI) and agentic AI. This role involves ensuring that all communication content related to AI is technically accurate, responsible, and credible. The SME will also support AI product launches and contribute to AI literacy initiatives within the organization. This is a full-time position focused on bridging technical expertise with effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary authority on AI, GenAI, agentic AI, and machine learning concepts for all program content.
- Review and validate the technical accuracy of AI-related materials, including product launches, responsible AI practices, and safe-use messaging.
- Provide guidance on AI literacy modules and awareness initiatives, collaborating on the design of surveys and assessment tools.
- Support executive briefings and AI product launch communications by lending subject-matter credibility.
- Advise the Communications team on responsible AI messaging, addressing issues such as bias, hallucination, and privacy-conscious usage.
- Collaborate with the Adoption Analyst to interpret AI adoption signals and recommend content or intervention adjustments accordingly.

Required Qualifications

- 7 to 11 years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or applied AI, with recent exposure to GenAI and agentic AI technologies.
- Proven experience advising or facilitating AI adoption within enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of responsible AI principles and AI governance frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of AI, GenAI, agentic AI concepts, and machine learning fundamentals.
- Expertise in responsible and ethical AI practices, including AI product adoption and safe-use guidelines.
- Experience designing AI literacy content and awareness measures.
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, business-friendly language and provide effective stakeholder advisory.
- Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

- Relevant AI/ML certifications such as Azure AI, Google Professional GenAI/ML, or NVIDIA AI certifications are highly desirable.
