AI Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking an experienced AI Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide specialized knowledge in AI, Generative AI (GenAI), and agentic AI across multiple business segments. The role focuses on ensuring that all communication content related to AI is technically accurate, responsible, and credible. This position will also support AI product launches and contribute to AI literacy initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in AI concepts and practical experience in enterprise AI adoption, helping to shape messaging and educational efforts that promote safe and ethical AI use.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary authority on AI, GenAI, agentic AI, and machine learning concepts for all program content.
- Review and validate the technical accuracy of AI-related materials, including product launches, responsible AI messaging, and safe-use guidelines.
- Advise on the development of AI literacy modules and awareness campaigns, collaborating on survey and assessment design under Segment 3 initiatives.
- Support executive briefings and AI product launch communications by providing subject matter credibility and insights.
- Guide the Communications team on responsible AI messaging, addressing issues such as bias, hallucination, and privacy-conscious AI usage.
- Collaborate with the Adoption Analyst to interpret AI adoption signals and recommend adjustments to content or interventions as needed.

Required Qualifications

- 7 to 11 years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or applied AI, with recent exposure to GenAI and agentic AI technologies.
- Proven experience advising or facilitating AI adoption within an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of responsible AI principles and AI governance frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of AI, GenAI, agentic AI concepts, and machine learning fundamentals.
- Expertise in responsible and ethical AI practices, including AI product adoption and safe-use protocols.
- Experience designing AI literacy content and awareness measurement tools.
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, accessible language for business stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
