Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage AI/ML engineers, ensuring successful delivery of AI-driven projects.
Plan, execute, and monitor AI/ML and Generative AI projects from initiation to deployment.
Provide technical guidance on LLMs, RAG, AI agents, machine learning, and automation solutions.
Manage project timelines, sprint planning, resource allocation, and deliverables.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather technical requirements and define project scope.
Oversee AI model development, API integrations, system architecture, and production deployments.
Conduct technical reviews, troubleshoot implementation challenges, and ensure code quality.
Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and track progress using Jira or similar tools.
Identify project risks, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
Mentor team members, conduct performance evaluations, and maintain engineering standards.
Prepare technical documentation, project reports, and stakeholder updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or technical project management.
Proven experience leading technical teams and managing AI-related projects.
Strong understanding of Python, machine learning, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, and AI agents.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), REST APIs, and AI deployment workflows.
Hands-on understanding of Agile/Scrum, Jira, SDLC, and project delivery processes.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks and deliverables.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Excellent English communication skills for client meetings, technical discussions, and stakeholder management.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.
