AI Video & Content Team (3 roles)

MESOL, a leading distributor of SMA and SOFAR inverters, solar panels, and batteries in Pakistan, is expanding its AI Video and Content Team based in Karachi. We are looking for three creative professionals skilled in AI-driven video production, content strategy, and video editing to help create engaging, scroll-stopping content that highlights our premium solar products. The roles involve working on videos for SMA inverters, SOFAR launches, MESOL Infinity batteries, and social media campaigns, with opportunities for on-site or hybrid work at our Karachi office in the SITE area.

Key Responsibilities

AI Video Producer (Higgsfield Lead):
- Transform scripts into AI-generated videos, advertisements, and product shots.
- Create Urdu and English AI voiceovers and avatars using tools like Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, HeyGen, and ElevenLabs.
- Maintain accuracy of product details and logos in all video content.
- Develop and manage a prompt library to streamline AI video creation.

Content Strategist & Scriptwriter:
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars for SMA, SOFAR, and MESOL Infinity products.
- Write compelling hooks, scripts, captions, and memes in both Urdu and English.
- Verify all claims and product information against manufacturer documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Track campaign results and lead generation effectiveness.

Video Editor / Motion & Shoot:
- Conduct video shoots at warehouses, offices, and various sites.
- Edit videos incorporating motion graphics, subtitles, and format adaptations (9:16 and 16:9).
- Maintain an organized archive of video assets.
- Deliver fast turnaround times using software such as Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and CapCut.

Required Qualifications

AI Video Producer:
- Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise with Higgsfield or similar AI video tools.
- Strong skills in AI prompting and basic video editing.

Content Strategist & Scriptwriter:
- Portfolio showcasing scripts or campaigns, with strong command of Urdu and English.
- Understanding of B2B buyer personas and marketing strategies.
- Experience verifying technical and product details for accuracy.

Video Editor / Motion & Shoot:
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, After Effects basics, and CapCut.
- Experience in shooting and editing professional video content with motion graphics and subtitles.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
