This hybrid position is based in Punjab, Pakistan, with a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include planning and scripting UGC-style videos, using AI video generation platforms, editing footage, adding motion graphics, optimizing sound, and preparing assets for social media and digital campaigns. The role involves collaborating with designers, marketers, and developers to align video content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives, as well as iterating on content based on performance data and feedback.

The AI Video Creator and Editor will maintain organized media libraries and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

Qualifications

Strong skills in video production and multimedia, with experience creating UGC-style and marketing-focused video content.
Proficiency in video editing and video post-production, including color correction, sound design, and export for multiple platforms.
Capability in motion graphics and visual storytelling, using tools such as After Effects or similar software.
Comfort working with AI video and content creation tools, and adapting quickly to new platforms and technologies.
Working knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and best practices for short-form video content.
Attention to detail, strong time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setting.
Relevant experience in digital content creation; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating video and motion work is required.
