AI Video Creator & Editor

BrightBench Labs is seeking a talented AI Video Creator & Editor to join our hybrid team based in Lahore. We develop innovative iOS apps, with our flagship product being a cycle-synced workout planner designed to help women tailor their fitness routines around their menstrual cycles. As we expand our presence through organic short-form content on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, we need a creative professional to produce a high volume of engaging videos that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce a large quantity of short-form videos (15–60 seconds) using AI-driven video, image, and voice tools.
- Write concise scripts and hooks focused on fitness, women’s health, and app features.
- Edit videos by adding captions, transitions, music, and pacing optimized for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Create multiple variations from a single idea to test different hooks and formats.
- Quickly identify and adapt trending content to fit our niche.
- Monitor video performance metrics and replicate successful content strategies.
- Maintain an organized library of prompts, templates, and creative assets for ongoing use.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Gemini, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Pika, HeyGen, Hailuo, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software including CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with AI image and voice generation tools like Midjourney and ElevenLabs.
- Strong understanding of short-form content dynamics, including impactful openings, effective captions, and pacing.
- Excellent written English skills for crafting scripts and on-screen text.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- A portfolio showcasing short-form videos you have created is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in growing and managing TikTok or Instagram accounts is a plus.
- Interest or background in fitness or wellness content is highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge of prompt writing to maintain consistent characters and styles across videos.
