AI Video Creator & Editor

BrightBench Labs is seeking a creative and skilled AI Video Creator & Editor to join our hybrid team based in Lahore. We specialize in developing iOS apps, with our flagship product being a cycle-synced workout planner designed to help women tailor their fitness routines around their menstrual cycle. As we expand our presence through organic short-form content on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, we need a motivated individual to produce engaging video content at scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce a high volume of short-form videos (15–60 seconds) utilizing AI video, image, and voice tools.
- Write concise scripts and hooks focused on fitness, women’s health, and app features.
- Edit videos with captions, transitions, music, and pacing optimized for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Create multiple variations from a single idea to test different hooks and formats.
- Monitor current trends and quickly adapt them to fit our niche.
- Analyze video performance data to replicate successful content.
- Maintain an organized library of prompts, templates, and creative assets.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Gemini, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Pika, HeyGen, Hailuo, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software including CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with AI image and voice generation tools like Midjourney and ElevenLabs.
- Strong understanding of short-form content dynamics, including impactful openings, captioning, and pacing.
- Excellent written English skills for scripting and on-screen text.
- Ability to work efficiently and produce bulk content without compromising quality.
- A portfolio showcasing short-form videos you have created is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience managing or growing TikTok or Instagram accounts is a plus.
- Interest or background in fitness or wellness content is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of prompt writing to maintain consistent characters and styles is advantageous.

We offer a monthly salary range of PKR 35,000 – 40,000, along with paid access to the AI tools required for your work.
