AI VIDEO EDITOR — NIGHT SHIFT

We are a dynamic video production agency collaborating with international clients, seeking a creative AI Video Editor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can transform ideas into captivating, scroll-stopping content. If you find your most productive hours late at night, this role offers a unique opportunity to work a night shift while creating engaging video content that drives performance across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI-driven video content from briefs, including UGC ads, AI avatar content, Meta and TikTok performance ads, and short-form social videos.
- Utilize AI tools and software to create innovative, high-quality videos that capture attention and maintain viewer retention.
- Apply strong knowledge of hooks, pacing, transitions, and audience engagement techniques to optimize content performance.
- Experiment with new ideas and creative approaches to enhance video storytelling and effectiveness.
- Manage projects independently, delivering consistent, reliable results within deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is essential.
- Experience with AI video editing tools such as Higgsfield, Kling, Seedance, Google Flow/Veo 3, Runway, ElevenLabs, and HeyGen is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to take a brief and build a complete AI-generated video from scratch.
- Strong understanding of video content performance metrics and strategies to maximize viewer engagement.
- Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt quickly.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience creating content specifically for social media platforms like Meta and TikTok is a plus.
