AI Video Editor

We are seeking a motivated AI Video Editor to create short, high-quality videos of 2 to 3 minutes daily. This role involves combining AI-generated content with traditional video editing techniques using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. The video styles you will work on include user-generated content (UGC), anime, and realistic AI-generated visuals. This position welcomes fresh graduates and early-career editors who bring energy, curiosity, and creative thinking to the table, as we value passion and creativity more than extensive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce at least one 1–2 minute video each day, working with various styles such as UGC, anime, or realistic AI-generated content.
- Write prompts and utilize AI tools to generate video and image assets effectively.
- Edit and finalize videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to ensure high-quality output.
- Contribute original concepts and creative ideas to shape content direction and enhance storytelling.
- Stay updated with current trends, films, and reference materials to draw inspiration for new projects.
- Manage projects independently from start to finish with minimal supervision, demonstrating ownership and accountability.

Required Qualifications:
- Open to fresh graduates; no minimum experience required.
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI generation tools for video and image creation.
- Ability to consistently deliver at least one finished video per day.
- Portfolio, personal reel, or informal samples of work are welcomed but not mandatory.

- Flexible onsite work setup with shift timings that allow you to complete your daily tasks and leave early if finished.
- Official work hours are 9 hours per day, but the focus is on task completion rather than strict timing.
- The role is based onsite at a convenient office location, fostering collaboration and team engagement.
