AI Video & Marketing Automation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI Video & Marketing Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated, AI-driven video production workflows tailored for marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hands-on video creation combined with expertise in generative AI, workflow automation, and AI agent development. Candidates who have previously built AI video products, production systems, or automated content creation pipelines and can showcase their ability to deliver professional-grade videos are highly encouraged to apply. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Garden Town, Lahore, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement automated AI-powered video production pipelines to support marketing initiatives.
- Utilize generative AI tools to produce high-quality videos, including visuals, animations, voiceovers, and other creative elements.
- Develop multi-step AI workflows and intelligent agents to automate scripting, storyboarding, video generation, editing, and post-production processes.
- Integrate AI video models, creative software, APIs, and automation platforms into scalable and efficient production systems.
- Ensure all video content maintains high standards of visual quality, storytelling, brand consistency, and creativity.
- Continuously test and optimize AI tools and workflows to enhance video quality, accelerate production timelines, and reduce costs.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to translate campaign goals into engaging and compelling video content.

Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated hands-on experience producing high-quality videos using generative AI technologies.
- Proven track record in building automated video production workflows, AI-powered creative systems, or agentic AI applications.
- Strong understanding of video storytelling techniques, editing, composition, pacing, and marketing content requirements.
- Experience working with AI video generation platforms such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools like n8n, Make, or custom API-based integrations.
- Ability to present a portfolio showcasing high-quality AI-generated videos and/or functional automation systems.
