AI video specialist

Alestra Solutions is looking for a creative and skilled AI Video Specialist to join our Islamabad team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at integrating generative AI tools with advanced motion design techniques. You will be responsible for producing engaging visual content, including viral hooks, marketing materials, and dynamic motion graphic videos by leveraging the latest AI software alongside modern post-production workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead generative AI video production by managing text-to-video, image-to-video, and voice-cloning processes using platforms such as Runway, Sora, Midjourney, Pika, ElevenLabs, and HeyGen.
- Enhance raw AI-generated content with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro to create smooth typography animations, seamless transitions, lower thirds, and compelling visual effects.
- Develop creative visual storytelling concepts, including ideation of video scripts and visual treatments for promotional campaigns, social media, and branding initiatives.
- Optimize workflows by refining prompt engineering and integrating post-production techniques to maintain high-quality output and quick turnaround times.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in video editing, motion design, or AI-driven video production.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Strong knowledge of AI tools related to video generation, image prompt engineering, and voice synthesis.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skill in motion graphics, and effective use of AI technologies.
