Aice Pakistan (Private) Limited is seeking a diligent Finance Supervisor with at least three years of experience to join our dynamic financial team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, accounting principles, and tax compliance. This role requires fluency in English and experience working within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) retail business line. The candidate must hold a degree in a financial major and demonstrate proficiency in financial software and regulatory tax reporting. Although this role does not involve managing a team, the Finance Supervisor will play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely financial data and compliance with all regulatory requirements. This position demands a detail-oriented approach to analyzing financial statements and preparing reports to support strategic decision-making within the organization. The Finance Supervisor will collaborate closely with internal departments to oversee tax filing and ensure adherence to all tax laws and regulations. The successful candidate will consistently deliver high-quality financial documentation and support the companys goals by maintaining precise, well-organized records and responding promptly to changes in financial regulations impacting the FMCG retail sector.
Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop, monitor, and update budgets and financial forecasts aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Apply accounting principles to maintain financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • File tax returns and ensure adherence to all tax laws, including preparing and submitting regulatory tax reporting documents accurately and on time.
  • Utilize financial reporting software and other financial software tools to streamline data management and enhance reporting accuracy.
  • Conduct financial statement analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and tax requirements specific to the FMCG retail business sector.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data necessary for reporting and compliance.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and clarifying financial data as needed.
  • Assist with process improvements in financial reporting and tax compliance procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure proper documentation and organization of all financial records and reports for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
