AI/Claude Developer

Driveline Advisory is seeking a full-time, on-site AI/Claude Developer to join their team in Islamabad, Pakistan. This role focuses on building and enhancing AI-powered applications, workflows, and integrations using Claude and other language model tools. The position operates during morning shifts and is designed for candidates with at least two years of relevant experience. This is a non-managerial role offering a competitive salary range.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve AI-driven applications and workflows leveraging Claude and related language model technologies.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems to enhance automation and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI implementation and optimization.
- Maintain and troubleshoot AI applications to ensure smooth operation and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and language models to continuously improve solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with AI development, specifically with language models like Claude.
- Strong understanding of AI frameworks and tools related to natural language processing.
- Proven ability to build and deploy AI-powered applications and integrations.
- Familiarity with software development best practices and version control systems.
- Ability to work full-time on-site during morning shifts in Islamabad.
