What We Are Looking For
We at Ailaaj are looking for an Shopify Developer who will work directly with the Head of Engineer and the Product Manager to help build the product roadmap to realize Ailaaj’s vision.
What You’ll Do
- Strong knowledge of both platforms: Shopify & Shopify Plus
- Experience with popular Shopify apps & third-party integrations, Shopify Scripts & building Shopify apps and/or custom applications
- Proficient understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, code versioning tools such as Git and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Strong experience working with a mobile-first approach and developing front-end web applications that perform well on all devices using modern languages and frameworks
- Ability to implement eye-catching, articulate frontend solutions, ability to work with designers and project leads
- Continually educating yourself on the latest development techniques and best practices
- Implement new digital technologies or development techniques
- Familiarity with distributed and highly available systems at scale
- Experience designing and developing APIs
What You Must Have
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong self-management practices with meticulous attention to detail
- Be able to deliver a solid approach to consistent, development ready work
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
