Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of Asset Integrity and Reliability services by acting as a seller-doer—building and maintaining strong client relationships across the UAE and Middle East region. Develop business opportunities by identifying client needs and supporting proposals, while collaborating closely with the Technical Center team to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Lead or assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals, bid evaluations, and client presentations.

Stay informed on local market intelligence and industry trends within oil & gas, energy, petrochemical, power, and industrial sectors to identify emerging opportunities. Translate client requirements into executable projects by coordinating with regional specialists and multidisciplinary experts.

Participate actively in project execution as a technical lead, project manager, or subject matter expert, leveraging the Technical Center’s expertise when needed. Promote Bureau Veritas’ Asset Integrity, Reliability, Digital Asset Management, and RBI services to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.

Support the achievement of annual sales, revenue, profitability, and business growth targets for the Asset Integrity Business Unit. Foster long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business, framework agreements, and strategic partnerships.

Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and company HSE policies, maintain safe work environments, report hazards and incidents promptly, and contribute to a culture of health and safety awareness.
