Appsians IT Solution is looking for a motivated and proactive Junior AI Engineer to join our AI development team. The ideal candidate will have practical experience and a strong eagerness to learn and contribute to AI and machine learning projects. In this role, you will assist in building intelligent systems, integrating AI tools, and optimizing existing models to enhance our AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, training, testing, and deployment of machine learning and AI models.
- Utilize the N8N AI Tool for real-world applications such as natural language processing, computer vision, predictive analytics, and automation.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists to design and implement AI-based solutions.
- Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to prepare them for modeling.
- Participate in model validation, performance tuning, and error analysis to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Develop AI product features, proof of concepts, and demos using the N8N AI Tool.
- Stay updated on the latest AI and machine learning trends, suggesting innovative applications.
- Support integration of AI solutions into web, mobile, and cloud-based platforms.
- Contribute to AI model monitoring, retraining, and feedback loops to ensure continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience working on AI/ML projects.
- Hands-on experience with the N8N AI Tool, including model building, automation, and workflow creation.
- Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
- Proficiency in React programming language.
- Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, including classification and regression.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills in English.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure for AI model deployment.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or generative AI tools.
- Knowledge of data pipelines and MLOps concepts.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with web or mobile applications.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Lahore DHA Phase 4. The role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from Rs50.00 to Rs70.00, with an expected workload of 40 hours per week.
