We are seeking a motivated and proactive Junior AI Engineer to join our AI development team. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in AI and machine learning, a strong desire to learn, and a passion for experimenting with new technologies. In this role, you will contribute to building intelligent systems, integrating AI tools, and optimizing existing models to support various AI/ML projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with experienced engineers and data scientists while working on real-world applications involving natural language processing, computer vision, predictive analytics, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, training, testing, and deployment of machine learning and AI models.
- Apply the N8N AI Tool to real-world use cases, including NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, and automation workflows.
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers and data scientists to design and implement AI-based solutions.
- Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to prepare them for modeling purposes.
- Participate in model validation, performance tuning, and error analysis to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Develop AI product features, proof of concepts, and demos using the N8N AI Tool.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML and propose innovative ways to incorporate them into projects.
- Support the integration of AI solutions into web, mobile, and cloud-based environments.
- Contribute to ongoing AI model monitoring, retraining, and feedback loops to ensure continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working on AI/ML projects.
- Hands-on experience with the N8N AI Tool, including model building, automation, and workflow creation.
- Proficiency in Python programming, with familiarity in libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
- Experience with React programming language.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, classification, and regression techniques.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure for deploying AI models.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or generative AI tools.
- Knowledge of data pipelines and MLOps concepts.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with web or mobile applications.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- This position is exclusively open to female candidates.
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Lahore DHA Phase 4. Candidates should be prepared to work in person and contribute actively to the team’s success.
