We are seeking a full-time, on-site AI/ML Engineer based in Lahore, ideal for an early-career professional with over one year of relevant experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and deployment of advanced AI technologies, including AI Agents, AI-powered chatbots, enterprise applications, conversational systems, and workflow automation. The position involves leveraging data-driven insights to enhance business processes and deliver innovative solutions. The work schedule follows a morning shift, and the compensation ranges from PKR 80,000 to 120,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI Agents and AI-powered chatbots to improve user interaction and automate tasks.
- Design and implement enterprise-level applications that integrate AI and machine learning capabilities.
- Build and maintain conversational systems to support customer engagement and internal workflows.
- Analyze data to generate actionable insights that drive decision-making and optimize processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline workflows.
- Continuously improve AI models and algorithms to enhance performance and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning algorithms, and natural language processing.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML such as Python, R, or similar.
- Experience working with AI frameworks and tools for chatbot development and conversational AI.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment during morning shifts.
