The position provides administration and finance assistance to the organization at a time. The incumbent will deal with different accounts related tasks, will involve in different financial activities regarding organization that includes managing different accounts, payments, keeping financial records and expenses. Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the senior management in preparation of monthly accounts of the company by providing required information.
  • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
  • Resolve accounting discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain financial data bases, and manual filing systems.
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers.
  • Greet persons entering organization.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Other duties as assigned.
