Skylink Distribution (Pvt.) Ltd., located in Clifton, Block 4, Karachi, is seeking a motivated sales professional to join their team on an on-site basis. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience who are looking to advance their career in the international air freight and logistics industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by generating new leads, managing customer relationships, and supporting the sales process for import and export air freight services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B leads through outbound calls, emails, and consistent customer follow-ups.
- Promote international air freight import and export services to potential clients.
- Understand shipment requirements and collaborate with Pricing and Operations teams to prepare competitive quotations.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by applying effective follow-up, negotiation, and sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers while identifying new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales, shipment, and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and submit regular sales reports.
- Ensure smooth handover of bookings to operations and flag any special or dangerous goods cargo for review.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales, B2B sales, or business development; experience in logistics is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-driven, confident, presentable, and eager to grow professionally.
- Basic knowledge of air freight and import/export processes is preferred.
