With 2 to 3 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by engaging with prospective importers, exporters, and other B2B customers. This role focuses on promoting international air freight import and export services, managing customer inquiries, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. The position requires close coordination with pricing and operations teams to deliver competitive quotations and ensure smooth handovers of shipments. Maintaining strong customer relationships and accurate records is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls and send emails to prospective importers, exporters, and other B2B clients to generate business opportunities.
- Promote Skylink’s international air freight import and export services effectively to target customers.
- Identify customer requirements and gather detailed shipment information to prepare accurate quotations.
- Collaborate with Air Freight pricing and operations teams to provide competitive and timely quotations.
- Follow up on quotations, convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, and actively develop new business leads.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers while keeping detailed CRM and calling records up to date.
- Submit daily calling reports and periodic sales pipeline updates to the Air Freight Manager for review.
- Coordinate the handover of confirmed bookings to operations and flag any special or dangerous goods cargo for additional review.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 3 years of B2B telesales experience, preferably within freight forwarding, logistics, or air freight sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to handle customers effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to convert leads into sales and meet target-oriented goals.
- Basic knowledge of air freight and shipping processes is preferred.
- Comfortable with sales reporting and maintaining accurate records.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
