Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Working on a complete Recruitment Cycle with extensive knowledge on recruitment systems.
- After analyzing the requirements as per client needs, posting the jobs on portals and sourcing the best talent.
- Establishing communication with candidates and consultants for bridge interviews and on-boarding process.
- Solid Understanding of Employment Types like W2, C2C and 1099.
- Hands-on experience on working with all types of VISA (H1B, GC, EAD, OPT, CPT, TN, E3 etc.).
- Processing with the further proceedings if the technical interview is through, like, negotiations, Candidate Approval, and follow-ups.
- Regularly remain in touch with the candidates and the Recruitment Manager regarding the updates and development.
- Proficient with numerous recruitment tools Databases, and Job boards.
