We are looking for a skilled Flight Dispatcher / Flight Operations Officer to join our remote Operations Control Centre team. This role involves managing flight dispatch and operations control for commercial air operations, ensuring safe and efficient flight planning and coordination across multiple time zones. The successful candidate will work on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, and must be able to operate independently from a dedicated home workspace.

Key Responsibilities
Perform flight dispatch and operations control duties in full compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Utilize flight planning systems such as Jeppesen, Lido, PPS, or ForeFlight Dispatch to prepare and monitor flight plans. Coordinate closely with flight crews, air traffic control, and ground services to ensure smooth and safe flight operations. Manage irregular operations and provide on-call support as needed. Obtain necessary overflight and landing permits for international flights. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all flight dispatch activities. Participate in initial and recurrent training, route familiarization, and annual observation flights as required. Adhere strictly to IT security and data protection protocols while accessing company systems remotely. Occasionally travel to stations, training centers, or audits when required.

Required Qualifications
A valid Flight Dispatcher / Flight Operations Officer license issued by the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA), FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate (14 CFR Part 65), or an equivalent license from another ICAO contracting state acceptable to the operator's authority is mandatory. Candidates must have a minimum of two years’ experience in dispatch or operations control with a commercial air operator (Part 121, Part 135, or equivalent). Working knowledge of wide-body or narrow-body jet operations is essential, with preference given to those experienced with Boeing 767 or 737 aircraft. Proficiency in flight planning software such as Jeppesen, Lido, PPS, or ForeFlight Dispatch is required. Fluency in written and spoken English, meeting ICAO Level 4 or higher standards, is necessary. Applicants must reside in Pakistan with eligibility to work locally and be able to pass background and security checks. Availability to work on a rotating 24/7 shift roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, is essential. Candidates must have a dedicated, quiet home workspace equipped with reliable broadband, backup internet (such as a 4G device), and an uninterrupted power supply (UPS or generator).

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
ETOPS/EDTO dispatch qualification is highly desirable. Experience with international charter, ACMI, or cargo operations across the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, or South Asia routes is an advantage. Familiarity with obtaining overflight and landing permits is preferred. Awareness of dangerous goods regulations (IATA DGR) and training in Crew Resource Management (CRM) or Dispatch Resource Management (DRM) will be considered a plus. Additional language skills in Arabic, Russian, Urdu, or French are beneficial. The company provides remote access to dispatch and operations systems. Occasional travel opportunities for training, audits, or station visits are part of the role. The position includes initial and recurrent training programs, route familiarization, and annual jump-seat observation flights as mandated by regulations. Competitive monthly remuneration ranges from Rs95,000 to Rs175,000.
