•Supervise In-House work and Labor.
•Draft the Civil Drawings.
•Inspects each phase of work to determine if quality standard are met and that trades completed on schedule.
•Monitor ongoing construction to ensure that the work is being done correctly and the project stay on schedule.
•Ensure that the correct material & tools are on the job at all time.
•Coordinate with the senior officials and contractor for better output and for smooth completion of Project.
•Ensure that all work done meets all local building codes and all safety compliance requirements.
•Checking Form work before and after pouring of Structure members.
•Assist Project Manager to check Steel as per Drawing.
•Perform others appropriate duties and activities as assigned.
