Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate security vigilance teams to conduct inspections, surveillance activities, vehicle checks, and personnel monitoring.
Ensure the security of the ASML plant premises and the safeguarding of all company assets.
Oversee the daily dispatch and escorting of CRC coils, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Monitor the performance of outsourced security personnel to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Liaise effectively with law enforcement agencies to ensure preparedness for both preventive measures and emergency situations.
Maintain and ensure proper documentation related to security operations including gate pass tracking and vendor movement control.
Conduct regular risk assessments to enhance security processes and procedures continually.
Manage departmental budgets and oversee the finalization of contracts with security service vendors.
Provide protocol support and security arrangements for senior management and visiting foreign dignitaries.
Develop and implement security plans that align with organizational goals, addressing potential risks proactively.
