§ Maintain excel based MIS system for all active, Maintain data base for all outgoing employee.
§ Maintain employees leave record on daily basis with respect to Annual Leaves, Casual Leaves, Sick Leave and late arrivals.
§ Responsible for all payroll activities, follow up with departments for overtime sheets, calculate & develope overtime sheets, maintain salary sheet for salary processing.
§ Develop and maintain bank account sheet for salary disbursement, Issuance of salary slips after payroll disbursement.
§ Ablility to work through SAP & Responsible for separation process in SAP & Reconcile SAP and legacy payroll.
§ Develop positions & Departments in respect to organogram in organizational assignment.
§ Responsible for compilation and making entries of additional payments & Deductions (Meal, Excess Fuel, Lease differential, Excess Mobile, Salary Advance, Overtime and LWOP).
