a. Dealing with banks and arranging information in respect of expansion of the company.
b. Assist in finalizing Financing Agreements and achieving financial closure.
c. Ensure compliance of all Financing Agreements pertaining to expansion project.
d. Responsible for managing and complying with Conditions Precedents (CPs) of Financing Agreements entered into for expansion project.
e. Managing the day-to-day financial affairs of expansion project.
f. Assist in opening of LCs and finalizing terms thereof for import of equipment for expansion project.
g. Monitoring of LC Terms and arranging draw-downs from banks.
h. Tracking and managing of import of equipment for expansion project and clearing related matters of the same including liaison with clearing agent.
i. Managing payments for expansion project to local vendors and keeping track of the same.
j. Monitoring of project progress and expenses incurred and payments made for appropriate project accounting.
k. Liaison with project technical team for effective and efficient monitoring of project work completed to enable appropriate records for capitalization and preparation of Fixed Asset Register.
l. Preparation of progress report on expansion project for management and regulator(s).
m. Handling tax matters relating to the expansion project.
n. Liaison with tax advisors (direct and indirect) for matters related to expansion project.
