- Assist in complying with covenants of financing agreements for expansion project.
- Assist in opening of LCs & finalizing terms thereof for import of equipments for expansion project.
- Arranging information from relevant departments required by banks in respect of expansion project.
- Assist in monitoring of LC terms & arranging draw-downs from banks.
- Tracking & managing equipment's import for expansion project & clearing related matters of the same including liaison with clearing agent.
- Calculation of exchange gain/loss on shipments of expansion equipment's.
- Managing and keeping track of payments for project expansion to local & foreign vendors.
- Assist in monitoring of project progress, expenses incurred & payments made for appropriate project accounting .
- Assist in handling tax matters relating to the project expansion.
- Any other task as and when assigned by the supervisor.
