Job Title: Public Relations Officer (Media & Social Media Handler)
Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
Type: Full-Time
Travel: Extensive travel required across Pakistan
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly flexible PRO and Media & Social Media Handler to manage the digital presence and public representation of our organization. This role requires a motivated individual who can multitask across social media management, media production, social media and website content handling, and public representation duties, all while traveling nationwide alongside the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Content writing
- Manage and grow multiple social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content across platforms
- Respond to followers and engage with relevant audiences
- Monitor analytics and performance, and adjust strategy accordingly
Design & Media Editing
- Edit photos, create and design banners, posters, and digital content
- Shoot and edit videos and photos during events, meetings, and on-the-go situations
- Ensure all visual content aligns with brand tone and quality
- Soacial pages and Website Handling
- Manage website updates, blogs, and event uploads
- Upload media, content, and maintain a fresh and engaging web presence
Event Coverage
- Accompany the CEO on all meetings, visits, events, and official travel across Pakistan
- Capture moments for media documentation and social channels
Public Representation
- Act as a Public Relations Officer (PRO)
- Help in crafting media statements, press releases, and communications when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Sciences, Communications, Design, or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Skilled in handling DSLR cameras and mobile photography/videography
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Willing and able to travel extensively and work irregular hours as per event needs
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
