Ajaib Group, a leading real estate development company, is seeking experienced Marketing Executives with 5+ years of experience to lead our digital marketing initiatives, strengthen our brand, and generate quality leads for our real estate projects. Proficiency in Social Media tools, Facebook Ads Manager, social media management, and marketing analytics will be highly preferred. Experience in content creation, photography/videography, AI or graphic design is an added advantage.
Salary starts from 50k to 150k depending on skills and experience. *Plus very attractive commission structure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote Ajaib Group’s products and services.
- Manage social media channels, creating and scheduling engaging content tailored to target audiences.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform marketing campaigns.
- Execute email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing tactics based on data insights.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.
- Manage Facebook Ads Manager campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Analyze consumer behavior and preferences to tailor marketing messages and delivery channels effectively.
- Maintain strong customer relationship management practices to support retention and loyalty.
- Continuously assess and optimize campaign performance to ensure alignment with business goals and budgets.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep Ajaib Group competitive in the industry.
