Videographer & Video Editor

Ajmal Mithoo Photography is seeking an experienced Videographer & Video Editor with at least 2 years of wedding videography and editing expertise. This role involves capturing stunning cinematic wedding moments using DSLR and mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and lighting equipment. The candidate must demonstrate strong skills in video shooting, color grading, and video editing, delivering polished content that tells a compelling story. The position requires professionalism, punctuality, and availability for full-day wedding events. Additionally, this role oversees a team of four, providing direction and support to ensure seamless video production from recording to finalized edits. The ideal candidate is proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects with a deep understanding of cinematic editing techniques, color correction, and audio synchronization. The ability to meet tight deadlines while producing high-quality, visually appealing wedding videos is crucial. This leadership role combines hands-on videography with team management responsibilities, fostering creativity and technical excellence within the team to capture timeless wedding memories for clients.
Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for wedding videography.
Operate DSLR and mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and lighting equipment to capture high-quality cinematic footage.
Apply advanced cinematography techniques to create visually stunning wedding videos.
Adjust exposure settings and lighting techniques to ensure optimal video quality in various environments.
Lead and manage a team of four videographers and editors, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
Edit raw footage using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, applying cinematic editing styles and color grading for a professional finish.
Perform color correction and grading to enhance the visual appeal and maintain consistency across videos.
Sync audio with video effectively to ensure clear and immersive sound quality.
Ensure timely delivery of completed wedding videos while maintaining high-quality standards.
Maintain professionalism and punctuality throughout full-day wedding events, managing time and resources efficiently.
Continuously update skills and stay current with the latest videography and editing tools and trends.
Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot challenges and improve workflows.
Archive and organize footage systematically for easy retrieval and future use.
