We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Services Representatives with
- Good knowledge of IT, Web hosting services, cloud services, domains and dedicated servers and hands on basic IT skills in Linux and Windows environment.
- The CSR will be a part of our International sales and Network Operations team and will be responsible for day to day communication with customers
- Level 1 technical and sales support to customers and respond to sales and support queries related to hosting services in off shore data centers for Linux servers, Windows servers, cloud/ hypervisor infrastructure, domain registrations, etc.
- Knowledge of control panels is plus point
- Closely work together with technical head and sales team
- Active member of global sales and technical support team
