We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Services Representatives with

  1. Good knowledge of IT, Web hosting services, cloud services, domains and dedicated servers and hands on basic IT skills in Linux and Windows environment.
  2. The CSR will be a part of our International sales and Network Operations team and will be responsible for day to day communication with customers
  3.  Level 1 technical and sales support to customers and respond to sales and support queries related to hosting services in off shore data centers for Linux servers, Windows servers, cloud/ hypervisor infrastructure, domain registrations, etc.
  4. Knowledge of control panels is plus point
  5.  Closely work together with technical head and sales team
  6.  Active member of global sales and technical support team
