We are a USA based company that is looking for a remote HR and Payroll specialist who will perform Recruiting as well as Payroll and other administrative tasks required by the company.
The candidate MUST be Proficient in English, both Verbal and Written Communication.
Position will need the employee to work 8 to 5 USA Central time zone hours.
Primary Responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting employees for our clients using by calling candidates who applied through Indeed.
- Perform Phone interviews
- Order background check and Drug screening
- Onboard employees
- Create weekly Payroll for all employees of clients in Quickbooks Payroll online.
- Prepare quarterly Payroll Tax filings
- Maintain Employees Documents and employee packages
- Perform Book Keeping
- Communicate with clients via emails, VOIPS and Teams web meetings
- Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned by manager
- The candidate must be proficient in speaking English with foreign clients based out of USA.
- The candidate should be energetic to grow and learn more and take on more responsibilities to grow.
- The candidate should be able to follow instructions and work on assigned tasks.
- The candidate must be proficient in technology applications like word, excel etc.
