Operations Manager

AK Digital is an offshore company of a British Firm. We have regional offices in UAE & Pakistan, while our corporate office is based in London, United Kingdom. AKD deals in the provision of manned guarding and facilities management across the UK.

AK Digital (SMC-PVT) Ltd is urgently looking to hire Operations Manager with the below mentioned responsibilities & requirements,

Responsibilities:

Smooth conduct of operations ensuring cost effectiveness.
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
Legal compliance of organization’s processes.
Developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to manage IT and Marketing activities.
Implement suitable procedures and strategies to maintain operational objectives.
Supervise accounts; budgets, POs, analyze financial data and use them to improve profitability
Ensure quality control and monitor KPIs.
Evolve new means to increase quality of client service.
Formulate suitable Company SOPs to ensure smooth functioning of Operations of the Company , analyze and prepare JDs of team members and review Company policies etc

Requirements and skills:

Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role for 7-10 years..
Knowledge of organizational functions, hierarchy and operations management.
Familiarity with business and financial principles.
Excellent writing, communication and presentations skills.
Leadership traits with ability to execute command, control and coordination of teams.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Degree in Business (MBA), Operations Management or related field.
Proven experience in Accounts, Management or similar sales/customer service role.
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM or other IT related software is a plus.
