Job Description:
As a CSR & Sales Executives you will be responsible for: providing product information to customers to generate sales, managing after-sales processes like exchanges and returns, etc. You will be interacting with the team to increase product knowledge and share order updates. We are looking for a team person rather than a lone wolf.
Skills Required:
1. Fluent in conversational and written English.
2. Able to use technology like computers and apps like WhatsApp.
3. Knowledge of women's clothing will be a plus.
Degree:
We do not require any degrees as long as you have the required skills.
Experience:
We do not require any experience as long as you have the required skills but any experience in sales would be a plus point.
