Candidate MUST have a 2 to 3 years of management field working experience and should be capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Interaction with UK clients & security officers via calls, emails, whatsapp and online meetings.
- Recruitment & Screening of security officers which includes advertising jobs, conducting online interviews, candidates background checks and verifications as per the UK Standards.
- Updating and managing the day to day roasters and work routines of security operatives.
- Data management by managing, monitoring & updating online software and Google sheets timely.
- Basic accounting skills to assist account department in financial matters and annual audit.
- Leading team and supervising the project to complete the tasks in time.
- Any other assigned managerial work of AKD or any other company related project.

- Working days: Wednesday to Sunday
- Working time: Candidate should be flexible regarding rotations between(10am to 7pm),(11am to 8pm), (12pm to 9pm) and (1pm to 10pm)
