Key Responsibilities
Make outbound telesales calls to potential customers.
Clearly communicate product features and benefits to generate interest and close sales.
Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and sales progress.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall team goals.
Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Required Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (essential).
Prior telesales or sales experience is preferred.
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
Professional attitude, confidence, and a commitment to achieving excellence.
Preferred Qualifications & Benefits
Competitive basic salary: Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 70,000 per month.
High earning potential: Monthly incentives and commissions up to Rs. 150,000.
Performance-based increments to reward outstanding work.
Full-time, on-site role based at our designated office location in Islamabad.
Walk-in interviews available daily (timings can be adjusted as per Akhtar Developments’ schedule).
