- Troubleshoot/debugging code and routing fixes to development teams.
- Deploy code into live systems with proper documentation and sanity checks.
- Cloud based solutions, Linux based (Ubuntu, RedHat, CentOS) and Windows based applications.
- Should have experience for IIS, Tomcat, Apache, nginx, AWS/IBM cloud-based applications, MySQL, Oracle, DB2, MangoDB and SQL Server.
- Candidate should have knowledge of scripting languages like Perl, Bash, Python etc.
- Candidate should know about Container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Implementing and improving continuous integration (CI) for multiple projects in the company.
- Device KPI’s and assist in monitoring of new services via monitoring tools.
- Building high-quality metrics and monitoring logic to enable capacity planning, performance analysis, automated incident creation, and scale-out of distributed, multi-service workflows.
- Working on ways to automate and improve development, release and operational processes.
- Administering the source control.
- Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and fixes.
- Working with software developers and software engineers.
- Planning out projects and being involved in project management decisions.
- Work with development team to identify and remove performance bottlenecks, single points of failure, and to optimize our software and systems to have smooth operations.
