Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Female Office Coordinator who is an excellent communicator with negotiation, planning, analytical and problem solving skill. Candidate should have good skills of dealing with every kind of clients/general public. Candidate should also have noticeable computer knowledge. Other responsibilities include:

  • Public dealing
  • Clients information record.
  • Regular reports on expenses and office budget
  • Managing records and receipts
  • Answer queries of every kind of client
