IT Expert

Al Ajeer Munazzam is seeking a skilled IT Expert with at least 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT project management and will take responsibility for overseeing various information technology projects within the organization. This role requires managing a team of 2 persons, ensuring that all IT initiatives are completed efficiently, on time, and in alignment with company goals. The IT Expert will provide technical guidance, implement best practices, and contribute to optimizing the companys IT infrastructure to support business operations effectively. The IT Expert plays a critical role in analyzing the organization's IT needs, designing suitable technology solutions, and leading the execution of projects from initiation through to deployment. This position involves close collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, requiring excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex IT concepts into clear and actionable plans. The IT Expert will also be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive and secure in its IT environment.
Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manage and lead a team of 2 IT professionals by providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Develop and implement IT strategies that support the companys operational and strategic goals.
Monitor project progress, manage resources effectively, and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Evaluate the organization's IT infrastructure and recommend improvements or new technologies to increase efficiency and security.
Collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs and deliver appropriate IT solutions.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruption to business operations.
Prepare regular reports on project status, risks, and outcomes for management review.
Stay informed on the latest IT industry developments, best practices, and emerging tools to maintain a competitive edge.
