This role is ideal for fresh candidates with a minimum education of F.Sc / Intermediate who possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate will interact with clients, provide excellent customer service, and drive sales initiatives by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The role requires basic computer knowledge and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Candidates must be punctual, hardworking, and focused on achieving targets while maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism. This position is based on-site in Islamabad, and immediate joining candidates will be given preference. Although this role does not involve team management, it offers valuable experience in customer service, sales prospecting, and business development within a dynamic environment. Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide high-quality service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Identify potential clients and generate new sales leads through prospecting and networking activities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the sales and business development team to meet or exceed sales targets and business goals.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and leads using basic computer applications.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities to support strategic planning.
Demonstrate a professional and confident demeanor while representing the company at all times.
Adapt to evolving responsibilities and continuously improve skills by accepting feedback and engaging in training programs.
