Al Badar Al Barakah School is seeking a dedicated Female Teacher for Elementary Grades to join our vibrant educational team. The ideal candidate must possess effective communication skills and expertise in lesson planning and classroom management to create a positive and productive learning environment for young students. The teacher will be responsible for delivering age-appropriate lessons, fostering the development of foundational skills, and encouraging curiosity and enthusiasm for learning among elementary grade students. The position requires a minimum of one year of teaching experience and must have at least a graduate-level education. The role focuses on delivering high-quality education with an emphasis on student engagement and classroom discipline. The teacher works closely with students to assess their progress and provide individualized support when necessary. Although this role does not involve managing a team, the candidate should collaborate with colleagues and contribute to school activities that support student growth and school goals. Maintaining a safe, encouraging, and respectful classroom is essential to support the holistic development of children during these formative academic years.

Responsibilities
