Job Description
The Aquatic Mall - A project by Al-Bari Group of Companies is looking for talented individuals to become a part of their business development department.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Sale services by establishing contact sand developing relationships with prospects
· Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
· Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities
· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
· Set up meetings with potential clients
· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
· Resolve customer problems as needed, in coordination with management if required
· Aim to achieve assigned weekly or monthly targets
· Negotiate and close deals
· Must comply with company’s dress code policy i.e. Formal Business Attire to be worn Monday and through Friday, Casual Business Attire to be worn on Saturdays of each week
· Strictly abide by the rules and policies of the organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree or higher in marketing
· Proven experience as a Sales Executive by demonstrated success in consistently meeting sales/production goals
· Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
· Fast learner and passion for work
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
· Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
· Interpersonal Skills
· Confidence
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs: 25,000 to Rs: 40,000 /month + Commission up to 50%
