We are looking for Call Center Agents preferably females.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the project(s) using script / without using script
- Learn details about product and offerings
- Answer questions about project(s) or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements
- Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities
- Direct prospects to the team lead when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Direct prospects and leads to the sales team
- Always strive towards meeting sales quota
- Track and document calls and sales
- Keep a strong follow up of interested clients
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, listening and negotiation skills
- Proven record of met quota
- Ability to stay professional and focused in stressful situations
- Appealing appearance on the phone
- Hand on experience with sales tools such as CRM software
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospect
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Fresh candidates with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
