- Provides confidential administrative assistance to the CSO
- Schedule meetings for CSO, ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations etc.)
- Screens and handles telephone communications and greets visitors to maintain a professional image
- Maintain record of minutes meeting and taking feedbacks from the respective departments.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all confidential documents.
- Process end-of-day reports.
- Assists in the coordination, direction, and fulfillment of special tasks given by CSO.
- Coordinates and supervises the daily management of equipment and facilities for CSO
- Performs additional job-related duties as assigned
- Can travel out of city or country for official purpose.
- Plan events, take reservation and book tickets if asked by CSO
- Must comply with company’s dress code policy i.e. Formal Business Attire to be worn from Monday to Saturday, Casual Business Attire to be worn on Saturday of each week
- Strictly abide by the rules and policies of the organization
Qualifications and skills
- Graduate/ Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Fast learner and active
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentation
- Confidence
- Interpersonal Skills
- Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in industry
