- Provides confidential administrative assistance to Customer care department
- Greets Clients/Visitors to maintain a professional image
- Communicate/coordinate with all the representatives involved in Customer care department to allow the most effective flow of process
- Guiding and dealing with Client’s installments, transfers and refunds.
Serves as a liaison with external institutions, other office executive with chairman
- Responsible for customer care support till client’s presence in Al Bari premises.
- Escort client to the relevant floor/department/person through sales manager task force
- Assist clients with documents and receipts
- Facilitate client at the time of booking or while depositing installment.
- Document clients query and communicate the query to the designated authority.
- Serves as a liaison of client with documentation, accounts and legal department
- Assist in coordination, direction, and fulfillment of special tasks given by Customer care Head and Chairman.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Graduate/ Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Fast learner and active
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentation
- Confident
- Interpersonal Skills
- Two (2) to Three (3) years of experience in industry
