Job Purpose

Generate, supervise and implement sales strategy to achieve the objectives set forth by Al-Bari Group of Companies.

Job Description / Responsibilities

Their work includes:

  •  Plan, prepare and crystallize sales strategy in consultation with top management for Al-Bari Group of Companies
  •  Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing sales strategies; analyzing trends and results
  •  Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas
  •  Read, understand and analyses the competitive landscape and market trends
  •  Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and demand
  •  Understand the Group motive and accordingly tailor the methods and directives to achieve its aim and goals.
  •  Understand the legal and documentary formalities related to land, revenue, tax and all other departments which affects or remain concerned with The Al-Bari projects.
  •  Identify and solve client issues tactfully
  •  Monitor and evaluate the performance and output of sales managers/heads and sales executives on regular basis.
  •  Identify low performers/ trouble creators and best achievers for reprimand and reward
  •  Ensure a disciplined approach throughout sales teams
  •  Comply with company’s dress code policy
  •  Advise the hierarchy on prevailing environment and future trends in the market
  •  Ensure that rebates, commissions and outstanding amounts, dues are cleared in time. Simultaneously ensure the recovery of instalments as and when necessary
  •  Implement the Group rules and policies in true litter and spirit
  •  Assist the Chairman on all matters related to Al-Bari

Qualifications and Skills

Requirements include:

  •  Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  •  Preferred in Experience in Real Estate and Mega Projects Sales
  •  7 to 10 years of working experience in sales on higher designations
  •  Excellent listening, negotiation skills
  •  Proficiency in verbal expression
  •  Proven ability to gear up the sales process from plan to close
  •  Proven ability to position products against competitors
  •  Demonstrated experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  •  Motivated with result-oriented approach
  •  Proficient in arrangement and delivery attractive of presentations
  •  Efficient in handling paper work
